These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the RopeFlow app (“Rope Flow” on the App Store) for iPhone and Apple Watch. Please read them before using the app.

1. Acceptance of terms

By downloading, installing or using RopeFlow you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of the Terms, please do not use the app.

2. The service

RopeFlow is a jump rope training app: it counts jumps using motion sensing, guides you through training programs, tracks statistics, streaks and achievements, and optionally syncs your progress to the cloud. We work hard to keep jump counting and calorie estimates accurate, but they are estimates produced by motion sensors and formulas — they are not guaranteed to be exact.

RopeFlow is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. Jump rope is a high-intensity activity. Consult a physician before starting this or any other exercise program, especially if you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or have not exercised in a long time. Stop exercising immediately if you feel pain, dizziness or discomfort. You use the app at your own risk, and you are responsible for exercising within your own limits and in a safe environment.

3. Subscriptions

The core of RopeFlow is free. RopeFlow Pro unlocks all training programs, full workout history, the training calendar, personal records and the complete achievement catalog. Pro is available as an auto-renewing subscription:

Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase (or at the end of the free trial, if you do not cancel before it ends). Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of that period, at the price of the plan you selected. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your App Store account settings (App Store → your profile → Subscriptions). Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription or the lifetime unlock.

4. Lifetime purchase

RopeFlow Pro Lifetime is a one-time purchase of $49.99 that unlocks all Pro features permanently, with no recurring charges. Prices are shown in USD; actual prices may vary by country and are always displayed in the App Store before purchase.

5. Refunds

All purchases are processed by Apple, and refunds are handled exclusively by Apple under its own policies. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple ID. We are unable to issue refunds directly.

6. Accounts and termination

Creating an account is optional — RopeFlow works fully in guest mode. If you create an account, you are responsible for the activity that happens under it. You may delete your account and all associated cloud data at any time in the app (Profile → Delete account). We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or violate these Terms.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time — for example, when we add new features or plans. When we do, we will update this page and revise the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of RopeFlow after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
